Accepting payments for posts to Jobs & Experts

Hi, We are investigating using Jobs & Experts for a community forum for people looking for work and people looking for people to do work. We’d like to monetise the process so people can post jobs and find experts but whatever the fee is agreed to between the parties is paid through us to collect a commission. Can you please advise if this is doable natively to the plugin (appears not to be) or with another plugin or does this require custom development? Thanks.

    Hi @Peter,

    I hope had been good today!

    You can create plans for the users buy credits to post Jobs or to create Expert profiles. To do that, enable MarketPress integration add-on in Jobs -> Settings -> General Settings.

    But the option to collect a commission in the process is not available and I think you will need custom code to achieve that.

    However, I think that is a good feature for the Jobs & Experts project, so, I’ve just moved this over to our Features and Feedback, so it can be taken into consideration for the next plugin updates.

    Hopefully some other members will show their support for the feature too, the more members that ask for it the sooner it will happen.
