Border around Page Title /Custom CSS

Using custom CSS is it possible to add a white border around the "page title" for each page.

I am more a designer than a coder and could use a little help.

I have attached a screenshot.

To add border to every page title on your site, try adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or add it in your site using the following plugin.
