Branda SMTP for office 365 not working

I am trying to configure Branda SMTP for office365. I have tried the recommended settings but not works. I even tried with different SMTP plugin but I get the same results. The credentials are Ok, not sure what I am missing. Please check and help.

    There are some very strict rules for using Office365 SMTP servers, as far as I’m aware, so their servers can reject any communication if they are not met.

    It seems that connection info is set properly but you need to make sure that:

    1) e-mail used as “From” e-mail address is actually your Office365 e-mail – it can’t be any e-mail that’s not “connected” already to Office365; usually that means it’s the same mail as the one used for authentification settings

    2) “From” name shouldn’t be an e-mail address – so that part is fine

    3) All the “From” e-mail settings – as in SMTP configuration and “From Headers” module if used – should be consistent so you cannot use different e-mails in these places.

    Currently the “From” mail in SMTP configuration is different than the e-mail account used for authentication and the “From Headers” module is enabled but not configured (empty values) so I’d suggest trying this:

    – disable “From headers” module first

    – and then make sure that “From” e-mail address is an address that is actually existing and already configured to use with Office365
