    Greetings bueport,

    Thank you for bringing this significant issue to our attention, it is certainly appreciated.

    The first thing I would suggest is that you reset the permalinks to anything else but default if you have not already, but reset them just the same even if it is to a choice you have already made by simply saving them.

    Also please check that the “Members” page has been indeed created in the pages listing and if not please follow the instructions regarding this issue here.

    Please advise if either of these two suggestions straightens this out.

    Thanks! I changed the permalink it works now, but in the future can you make the plugin works without this step? as my client may not know this “tricks” and will continue getting error when they deactivate and reactivate the plugin.

    Thank you for your additional input, it is greatly appreciated.

    I think that if this is done one time it is enough, I have never heard of having to repeat this for each activation.

    Please do let us know if it persists, but as I mentioned repeats to date are unheard of at least for me anyways.
