    I’m afraid I’m not able to get your question fully, do you get any error with WHMCS WP Intergration plugin, when WP Super cache, and CloudFlare? Cache could be one of the reason for the plugin to not work, if you find any issues related to cache, you could try to exclude the query strings from being cached, and see whether it helps.
