We have been sat on your LiveChat for about 30 minutes with no answer, which is pretty lame as it claimed 3 minutes when we first joined? So not happy about that to start. However I'm hopeful you can help fix a critical issue we're facing.
We are having problems connecting to sites hosted on the cloud server of TSO Host, a Uk host.
Example sites include: gvhd.eu and theihe.org
We have approached the hosts who tell us that you are blocking their IPs. Please can you resolve this as we need to install the WPMU dashboard and plugins on these (and many other) sites.
