Can't use Pop-up Pro with WordPress 4.3.1

I can’t add a PopUp Feature Image, when i click “add image” button, nothing happen. The same with “Preview popup” button.

And in Displaying Conditions sector, i can’t select any option because it was still loading and didn’t allow me to select. You can see -> http://i.imgur.com/qQZM9dd.png

What can i do now?

    I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

    The “PopUp Pro” plugin should work just fine with WordPress 4.3.1 but it’s often the theme (and sometimes other plugins) that interfere with this. I think you could start with changing the way the plugin is loading. To do this please go to your dashboard’s

    “PopUp” -> “Settings” page

    and you’ll find the “Load PopUp using” drop-down list there, including four options. The one that would be best to start with would be “Page footer”. If this still doesn’t help, please try other ones.

    In case you’re using any caching plugin on your site, it’s important to clear all caches and disable it for this test. Once you get your PopUp working, you may then want to enable cache again.

    That said, if above doesn’t work for you, a full plugin/theme conflict test would help me diagnose the issue. To perform such test please follow the steps described on a flowchart in this article:

    Thanks for your reply.

    I’ve tried with all four options of “Load PopUp using” drop-down list, nothing happend.

    I’ve tried changing theme to the wordpress basic themes, and disable all plugins. But it still didn’t work.

    Still nothing happend when i clicked “Add Image” and “Preview Popup” buttons. And counld’t select anything from Conditions sector.
