Changing "Thanks, man! Cheers." confirmation message

Hello,

I’m sure this must be a simple fix but I can’t for the life of me see where the booking confirmation message is set…

Currently when a booking is made this message appears: “Thanks, man! Cheers.”

I would like to change this, where is it set?

    Thanks for your reply – I thought it would be something simple like that.

    However…

    When not using the ajax app_combo shortcode it works – see here

    When using the ajax app_combo shortcode it doesn’t work – see here

    I don’t mind editing some php code in the plugin if that will fix it, but do let me know if you have any other suggestions!

    Hi Adam,

    That’s strange, I can see this as well, but what’s more strange is that there’s no mentions of this anywhere in plugin code, or I might be missing it.

    I have contacted plugin dev about this to give me some more info and to see if there’s a workaround for it so I’ll get back to you as soon as I get some more info from him.

    Hi Adam,

    Apologies for the delay here, dev did had a look at this and was actually surprised as I was, I have included this with your other report so perhaps now that we have multiple issues piling up for Ajax add-on it will be enough to get it out of beta :slight_smile:

    Hi Predrag,

    I really, really do hope that this happens. I have just had to pay a developer to make the Next Month buttons work with ajax enabled – so it is certainly possible to do – I just would have preferred to have saved myself the expense and hassle of getting this done externally.

    I do need to change the thank you message as soon as possible though as it is highly unprofessional for my client to have that on their site.

    Please do keep me up to date with the progress on this.

    Hello Adam Palin ,

    There isn’t any progress on this yet. I’ve pinged our developer but as by its nature addon is in beta and developer is dealing with lot other critical stuff, this will take accountable time to get developer’s attention.

    However it is really surprising that text “Thanks man! Cheers” is not found in plugin’s core files. This certainly requires special attention but for now waiting is the only option here.
