[Defender Pro] Ability to add details to IP’s in the Allow/Blocklist

I think it would be a helpful to be able to add notes tied to an IP. Example:

xxx.xxx.xxxx | Blah Blah Plugin Support
xxx.xxx.xxxx | My IP (Defender Pro suggestion)
xxx.xxx.xxxx | Frequent Attacks
xxx.xxx.xxxx | Robot
