Follow the Blogs you like(WordPress.com Feature)

I noticed that WordPress.com might be the Largest Multisite Network in the WordPress Universe.One thing that captured my attention was that I could follow any blogs I like and they would appear in the “Reader”.

Could you possibly create such a feature for the Blogs Directory Plugin,where users on our Multisites could follow blogs they Liked in the Multisite Network.

I would really like to see such a feature come soon.
