[Forminator] Not sending emails using Mailgun

I am having an issue with the Forminator plugin. It is not sending emails. My web server doesn’t support email dispatch.

So I am using WP Mail plugin to route all email via the Mailgun API gateway. The WP Mail plugin is working correctly and is able to send tests and other WordPress emails, but Forminator won’t send emails. Please advice.

    Hello Luke

    I was trying to login on your staging site, but I could not login. I was getting the following error:

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    I was also getting SSL error while accessing the site. So, would you please check the issue, fix it and let us know so that we can login?

    Hi Luke,

    I was able to access your staging website, and created a test form, and ran the test, and email notification got sent through for the recipient configured, but the confirmation email didn’t get sent.

    I installed WP Email logging plugin, and I don’t see any error messages in general and could notice the plugin does send emails when checking the email logs.

    There are cases where Mailgun won’t send emails if the From email configured aren’t the same. Could you please check, and see whether the email used in Mailgun account and From email in SMTP plugin are the same?

    If not, could you please try changing the From email in the SMTP plugin to the one configured in Mailgun, and then check whether there’s it makes any improvements in the forms configured in the Staging website side?
