[Forminator Pro] An error occurred processing the form

I am getting this error when submitting a form “An error occurred processing the form. Please try again”.

    Hello Monta

The file was supposed to help but I just checked the issue again and it does’t seem to work. I did notice, however, that

    – there’s an “Internal 500 error” on an ajax call upon submission (and that often suggests either a conflict or some configuration or resource issue)
    – there’s Google Sheets integration enabled but if you check previous submissions of the specific form, there are some errors in submissions which suggest that the integration might not be configured properly (e.g. some field that was used in integration was later removed from the form).

Also, there’s been a new release of Forminator published just today so could you please update the plugin and see if that helps? If not, then try temporarily disabling Google Sheets integration for that form (just for testing) so we could see if that is related. Then, depending on what happens we’ll take further troubleshooting steps.

    Best regards,
    Adam

    Hi Monta,

I still see 500 error in the console when I tried enabling integration on your site, can you check your debug.log again and see if the errors are still the same now or there’s something else shown?

You can also change the extension to .txt and attach it here so we can check it out.

    Best regards,
    Predrag

We have a WP managed server so I am communicating with our hosting vendor to get access to that file.

I just noticed something else that Forminator is doing. I tried to schedule export reports of the form responses but it’s not working even though the form is showing new submissions. I also tried to export a .csv of all of the responses but the file it produced doesn’t include any of the form data. only this: Ôªø

    Hello Monta

Thank you for getting back to us with test results!

Meanwhile, we got additional reports of the same issue and we were able to replicate and confirm the compatibility bug. It’s already reported to our developers and they’re working on the fix so it could be solved as soon as possible.

    Kind regards,
    Adam
