[Forminator Pro] Critical (to me) Forminator bug

I have recently become aware of a problem with my forminator forms. I use the Ocean theme on wordpress and embed the shortcodes in Elementor. Everything appears OK mostly on desktop, but on mobile in particular often these forms do not show up on the page. See attached images where img 7250 shows the form as it is supposed to appear and the other image its just not there.

Three forms in particular, contact, book a trial class and join the club are really critical to my business. Not being able to rely on people even seeing the forms is extremely problematic for me.

Can you help?

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

We will need to run some tests to find why it is happening, the first that I suggest we do is related to caching and Forminator nonce, we have a reported issue on Form not showing once nonce is expired due to caching, so to fix it I applied for you this code as a mu-plugin:
```
function wpmudev_forminator_ajax_load_without_nonce() {
	$_POST[ 'nonce' ] = wp_create_nonce( 'forminator_load_module' );
}

add_action( 'wp_ajax_forminator_load_form', 'wpmudev_forminator_ajax_load_without_nonce' );
add_action( 'wp_ajax_nopriv_forminator_load_form', 'wpmudev_forminator_ajax_load_without_nonce' );
```
Could you please check if the issue is gone?

  The bug is back. The fix above worked for a while… but it has reappeared. This is a huge problem for me as the site otherwise appears fine, but I experience a drop off in bookings for my business and it sometimes takes me a few days to realise that forminator forms are down again. Any suggestions?

    Hey Adrian Jackson – I saw this post & simply had to see what Kinetic Zen is all about :) I went to all 3 pages on an iPhone & iPad and the forms are visible.
    Have you tried viewing your site in different browsers, or clearing the browser cache in case that’s the problem?
    If your site is hosted here with WPMUDEV and you have the static server cache on, clearing it could help.

      Thanks so much for your interest in Kinetic Zen and for the advice. I raised a support ticket on a separate issue at the same time and that seems to have at least temporarily solved my forminator problem. For info Elementor and some of the WPMUDEV apps like hummingbird seemed to have had conflict and this caused some errors like wpadmin being unavailable and forminator failing.

    Currently, I was unable to reproduce the issue, the forms are working on different mobile devices. Did you clear cache or take any similar action? so we can check further? Please, let us know.

Thanks very much for this. Since you made this fix I have not been able to replicate the error myself but it was a sneaky one that didn’t always appear. Hence I think its resolved….
