[Forminator Pro] Need to add shortcode support to inline submission message

I’m trying to add a shortcode to the inline message that appears after you submit a form, but it doesn’t appear to work, it just displays the shortcode.

We tried adding an anchor tag too like:

DOWNLOAD ONE-PAGE REPORT

But again it just displays the code, so looks like it doesn’t support HTML in the editor just text.

Is there a way we can make it support shortcodes or HTML at all? if not, could we add this as a feature request?

    Hi Joe

I hope you’re fine today and thank you for contacting us!

Forminator already allows HTML in that field but it’s a bit “sensitive” so the HTML must be valid and it has to be added in one of two ways: either it must be created with the message editor tools in “Visual” mode or it has to be added via the “Text” mode.

That said, could you please try this:
    – clear up the inline “after submission” message entirely
    – switch editor to “Text” mode
    – paste your HTML there
    – save form and, if there is any cache on site, clear it

It will, however, strip any additional classes/CSS and “non-basic” attributes from it so styling would have to be done separately by adding custom CSS to the site. It would, however, display an active link instead of a raw HTML then.
