[Forminator Pro] PHP warning – no such file – global/content/questions-result.html

Hi, I was checking the error logs and found the following warning

PHP Warning: include(global/content/questions-result.html): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/web/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/front/templates/quiz/nowrong/global.html on line 26

I’ve checked via SFTP and the file is not there. I’ve also checked on another installation (both using current updated versions) and couldn’t find it either.

Not sure since when I’ve had the error, I looked at the logs because of another thing, and found those.

Any way to replace the file?
thanks in advance

    Hi hgomezc

I hope you’re well today and thank you for contacting us!

I took a liberty of moving your post from Members forum (which is mostly for a members’ discussions rather than reporting issues that need support from us) to the Support Forum as it’s about an issue with one of our plugins. I hope that’s fine.

The file in question should be in the

    /wp-content/plugins/forminator/asssets/js/front/templates/quiz/nowrong/

folder. If it’s missing then it would mean that either there was some modification done to the plugin (that removed it) or, for example, something went unexpectedly wrong during plugin installation or update.

I see you’ve got several sites registered with your account so could tell me which one(s) is/are affected by the issue?

Could you also, please, enable support access to them? To do so, please go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page in site’s back-end and click on “Grant support access” button there, then let me know once it’s done.

This will let me take a closer look at the case so I could check what might be happening there and how to fix it.

I would also, most likely, need direct access to files on server(s) to be able to fix that so it would be handy if you could provide me with such access. Note please:

    1) for the sites hosted with us (WPMU DEV Hosting) I only need to know which ones are affected so no need for additional credentials

    2) for the site hosted elsewhere don’t post your login details in this ticket.
Instead, you can send me your details using our contact form https://wpmudev.com/contact/#i-have-a-different-question and the template below:

    Subject: “Attn: Adam Czajczyk
    – Site login URL
    – WordPress admin username
    – WordPress admin password
    – FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    – cPanel credentials (host/username/password)
    – Folder path to site in question
    – Link back to this thread for reference
    – Any other relevant urls/info

    Best regards,

Hi, sorry for the delay in my response.

I’ve just removed forminator from a site where I had it disabled, and reinstalled again (without activating it) and the file is still not there. IMHO, I think is a problem from the source.

    File missing should be in
    /site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/forminator/assets/js/front/templates/quiz/nowrong/global/content

    See attached file

Both sites are hosted in WPMUDEV, but you can check the installed on catcher-switch.wpmudev.host

    Thanks
