[Forminator Pro] Quiz for Contact Foms with conditional logic

I wish to engage user to fill a contact form with a Quiz. But the idea is that the user answer Q1 and depend on his answer give Q2 or Q3… so is a Quiz with some conditional logic. Is there some of this functionality available?
