[Forminator Pro] reCaptcha not showing up on forminator form

I cannot get recaptcha v2 checkbox to show up on my forminator form.

I have added the keys, added the recaptcha field to the form, cleared cache, but no luck.

I’m using Divi theme and have seen in other support tickets that Divi has caused this type of issue before.

This same configuration has worked fine on every other one of my websites. This problem presented itself after running updates, including updating to the latest wordpress version.

It’s not a dire issue for me, as I can find other ways to defeat spam, but I just thought I would bring it to your attention and see if it can be fixed, becasue forminator has been so easy to use with reCaptcha. Thanks!

    Hello there Tom

This was a report about the v3 reCaptcha and it seems to be a styling conflict actually as Divi is using a CSS rule to hide the reCaptcha badge.

I tried to replicate with the latest Divi and Forminator though, using the v2 Checkbox for reCaptcha and it was looking good in the frontend.

I wonder if there is some other styling conflict, would you mind enabling back the integration and grant temporary support access via the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin?
No need to share any WP admin credentials, just navigate in WP admin area under WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access page and click on the “grant support access” button.
Please do reply back here when access is granted because we don’t get any notifications about it.
You can find detailed information about it here:

    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

    Hi Dimitris,
I have re-enabled the integration and granted support access. Thanks for taking a look! I’ve used the inspector to view the css rules and could not find anything myself. So any help is appreciated.

Hello Tom thanks for the support access. I’ve checked the form with ID 1744, the V2 Checkbox was properly enabled. Checked the site and I could see that the checkbox is showing up:

[attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

I tested in two different web browsers, also using private or incognito mode. I could still see the checkbox. It could be related to a cache from the site/server.

Can you please test it out again and let us know?

    Thanks.
    Jacobo.

    Hi,
    Thanks for looking into this.

The checkbox is showing up in Chrome and Safari, but still not showing up in Firefox.

I’ve deleted cache on the server and the browser. I’ve also tried it in incognito mode. Any other ideas?

Hi Tom , you’re welcome. You’re right, using Firefox isn’t showing up. I installed it with fresh files because I didn’t have installed. The first visit, it loaded. Here’s how it displayed:

But after refreshing, it just disappeared. I also tried using a private mode from Firefox, nothing happened.

I see that you’re using 1.14.6 of Forminator Pro and the latest version (1.14.7) has some minor JS fixes and enhancements.

Before updating to this version, please do a full backup of the site.

    Looking forward your comments.

    Best regards,
    Jacobo.

I’m having basically the same issue, Forminator Pro Version 1.14.7 on WP 5.6. I’m using v2 of RECAPTCHA and can use/see the ‘I am not a robot’ box in Chrome & Safari but not Firefox on Mac. Had a few people try on PC and they can’t see it in FF either but Chrome is fine.
