[Forminator Pro] Thank you page based on form page

Hi,

Would it be possible to create more than one thank you page and show the correct thank you page based on the form page URL? We have one form that we use on more pages. We have created special offer pages that have a different look and feel but use the same form. Once the form is submitted we direct them to a thank you page. But I would like to keep the look and feel so created a thank you page for each offer page. Is there a way (conditional logic) I can setup on the form so it shows the correct thank you page?

    Hello Willem !

    I hope you’re having a great week!

Yes, this is possible to do with Forminator by using the redirection URL on the behaviour tab.

My idea on how to do that would be something like this:

    1. In each thank you page’s slug add an ID so it looks something like /thank-you-page-123/ (the 123 will be the ID of the page we came from).

    2. In the form add a hidden field with “Embed post/page ID” option set:

[attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    3. In the Behaviour tab switch to “Redirect user to a URL” and set the URL like this:

[attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

This will cause the form to redirect to the specified page based on the current page the form is located at.

    Warm regards,
    Pawel
