From the Hub I can log in to Wp admin.

I believe defender pro is causing it. All i get when logging into my admin is the following Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

Warning: Unknown: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in Unknown on line 0

    Hi Kenneth Schlottman,

I could notice the website isn’t loading due to this error. However, the issue is pointing to the file firewall.php inside the following path:

    public_html/webanalyze/firewall/firewall.php

Either the fierwall.php was deleted which was used by your server, or a related plugin is trying to call a non-existing file.

Most probably you might have deleted the firewall.php file via Defender scan, and hence causing the issue? What Defender does is scan, and list out files, and folders which aren’t part of default WordPress core files.

If it’s about missing a firewall.php file, then I’m afraid, you’ll have to upload the missing file via the backup you have, or asking your host to make the changes would ensure the site is loading fine.

If that’s not the case, are you, using any firewall plugins for the above-mentioned file? If yes, deactivating that specific plugin would bring the site back up.

You can deactivate that by going to /wp-content/plugins directory via FTP, and renaming the plugin folder name should make sure the plugin gets deactivated.

If you still have issues even after that, please send us your websites credentials, so that we could give a closer look.
