I need help with the PopUp Pro plugin. I have successfully installed it for global use on network.
I’ve created my first PopUp and it is not displaying on specified URL
There is a substantial amount of shared content on our network so the sites all have the same pages and therefore I would like the same popup to display on the same page of each site in network.
The display conditions set are:
1. Visitor is not logged in
2. On specific URL which I have inserted the relative URL ie /how-to-purchase
Behavior is set to 30 seconds
The popup is not displaying when I test. I’m wondering if it is because of the relative URL because the input box specifies Full URls but how can you use Full URLs to display across the network?
I’d appreciate your help.
