Graphic in header not displaying

I’m a new customer. After running Hummingbird (and all the extras on the page) now the graphic in my header doesn’t show. I had to hire a developer to write CSS to make it display in Jan. I’m hoping you can correct this and let me know which of the Hummingbird features conflicts with my header so I can avoid it. My site is: http://www.hobsess.com

    UPDATE: I deactivated Hummingbird and my site looks like it should (whether logged in as admin or not). I deactivated WP Smush Pro but it did not have an effect on the issue I am having with featured images not loading. I have attached a picture of what I see when trying to assign a featured image. The blank box (first image with check) was not there before. Can you remove it? Thanks.

    Hope you’re doing well today!

    I see the complete graphic now but in Chrome the header is twice as large and the header widgets are not displaying correctly. See attached.

    Regarding to this issue, I was checking the minification features and I was able to fix it. Can you check it, please?

    For the featured image issue, I would suggest you to make a plugin/theme conflict test. But I am glad that you found the origin of it.
