Having trouble with Forminator’s email notifications

I am using Forminator in one of my sites and I want to set up the email notification as an auto-reply to the users, but it doesn’t work on my site. Please help!

    Hi Rutger ,

Seems like you have removed the Forminator form from the mentioned page:
    /boost-your-immune-system-ebook-download-for-free

So I quickly created a /form-test page and added the shortcode to check how it goes and could notice the issue. However, the submissions are working fine, the issue is only specific to emails.

I took the liberty to install the following plugin which checks the email in general of your WordPress install:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/

And by default email ended up in spam. Forminator doesn’t have any specific settings on how the emails are sent and use the default configuration of WordPress. If the emails by default in WordPress ends up in spam that would be the reason for the emails in Forminator to not work too.

Could you please double-check whether emails in general work fine? You can double-check by going to the wp-login.php page ie:
    yoursiteURL.com/wp-login.php

And by clicking the “Lost your Password?” link to see whether you get a reset password email to the entered email ID or not and whether it doesn’t end up in the spam.

If you can confirm emails end up in spam then its something you’ll have to bring into your hosting provider’s attention so that they could fix this. If that isn’t the case, and the emails in general work fine the please do share FTP login credentials so that I could test further.
