How can I allow the other links to be clicked without the Slide In having to be closed?

It seems the Slide In doesn’t let the other links on the page get clicked to navigate to my other pages in my site, until I “close” the Slide In. How can I allow the other links to be clicked without the Slide In having to be closed? You can see my site at http://www.artistjanekelly.com
