How do I change the Link on the Logo in the Header?

I have looked in the header.PHP file and I do not see where this can possibly be changed. Currently at this point the link redirects to a external point that belongs to the theme developer. Thanks

    As I can see you are using third party theme "Tuscany" I would like to inform you that we do not cover third party product support as we are not fully aware about it. :slight_smile:

    But for this one you can change its link via Appearance > Menu > Home Menu under Cart Submenu as shown in attached screenshot.
