How do I keep the pages,themes and widgets from showing up in my users dashboards?

How do I keep the pages,themes and widgets from showing up in my users dashboards? I’ve tried Pro Sites and also easy blogging. And easy Blogging is the closest I can get to what I want but how can I keep them in the easy mode
