Hi there, yearse ago, i made a multisite but in fact, I don´t think I´m goint to create other sites with it. It would be hard to change to single site? I´m not sure about the pros and cons of keep it in multisite or change. Thank´s in advance and sorry for so many questions. It´s been a hard time :)

    Hi DeXafío,

I’ve found a subsite on your multisite but that was not opening anyway. I have taken a hosting backup so you can revert back to this point anytime. And then converted your multisite main site to a single WordPress site.

Due to the change in the architecture, you may need to re-activate and re-configure your plugins and theme. Once done, your site should work fine. Right now your site is loading fine exactly like the previous multisite main site, but the footer menu is missing and that’s because of plugin/theme configuration I believe.

Please check and let me know if any further assistance is required.

    Regards,

    Hi DeXafío

    Hope you’re doing well.

I can not search users for example. Screen options and help in back office, doesn´t work as well. How could I fix it?

All of this is working perfectly fine for me on your site. Take a look at the screenshot where I’m showing that I searched for user successfully and also screen options are working fine.

Many other things at the top of the back office screen doesn´t work. Even in WPMU DEV plugin, I can not create a new ticket for example.

When I click on “new ticket” button I am redirected to your hub, which is expected behavior. But we don’t have system permissions to create ticket on user’s behalf so I only tested button functionality itself and everything was working fine.

I would say that there might be some caching issue on your end or browser incompatibility. I recommend trying from another browser and if there are any other issues, please let me know.

    Regards,
    Jovan
