In our organization, we make heavy use of caching. We train staff on the importance of caching and how to clear the cache in WP Admin, but some people just want to take the easy way out and disable it without turning it back on.
The feature request we’d like to make is to set a permission level on the Clear Cache button that can be added to the admin toolbar. For example, beneath the ‘Show Clear Cache Button in Toolbar’ switch, having a dropdown list that lists out the same roles that are available under the Users editor in WordPress.
In our case, this would clear out dozens of ‘Please clear the cache’ requests each day as account managers make minor edits to settings, menus, etc.
