[Hummingbird Pro] Improve Cloudflare Integration

0

Currently, the Cloudflare Integration with Hummingbird Pro only allows cache clearing. It would be great to sync the plugin’s Cache settings with Cloudflare via their rules.
For example, if I set it to exclude a URL from being cached, it will add or update the Cloudflare rule to replicate the same behavior at Cloudflare.
The plugin FlyingPress is making it possible, or at least some kind of integration that allows replicating the settings from the plugin at Cloudflare.
The final idea will be to achieve something like this: https://flyingpress.com/blog/cloudflare-integration/
Could you please consider improving the Cloudflare Integration? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Premium WordPress ,

Trust that you are doing well.

We appreciate this suggestion which aims to improve our plugins. We do see good points here that can be beneficial like having the option to manage such configuration in one place.

We now have forwarded this as a new feature request to our Hummingbird team. They will discuss about this and depending on some factors (e.g. user demands, complexity, compatibility) hopefully consider adding this in future updates. Just note that at this point, we can’t give any information with regards to ETA.

Rest assured, whenever important updates become available, we ensure to share them either here or on our Roadmap. You can follow our Roadmap for the latest information here: https://wpmudev.com/roadmap/

Appreciate your understanding with this matter.

    Best Regards,
    Jasper

Thank you for your response! It is a critical feature for us, as we use Cloudflare’s edge cache for our clients’ websites. As WPMU DEV hosting has a different approach for caching, we can’t use FlyingPress plugin to integrate with Cloudflare. So we need to find a solution for this case, before we migrate all our clients to WPMU DEV hosting.
