Hustle automated email from opt-in not sending

Automated email to the user from the opt in is not sending. Visitor details are visible in Email List. All other emails like WooCommerce orders and other forms emails are working.

    We’ll need to dig a bit deeper into it so we’ve already asked our developers to check the issue and they are looking into it.

    I just did a test and received the email correctly.

    I also installed a email log plugin for now – you can track there all the emails and their statuses (Post SMTP > email log).

    On the other hand I suspect one thing that might caused problem for you (and it could affect others too) – I see you are sending your email using PHP email function. It’s not the best way and there is higher chance that they will land in spam. To prevent this I would advise to configure SMTP to send emails (you can even use the plugin I installed – it’s quite straightforward – just run the setup wizard).
