[Hustle] hustle not working – popup

Hustle’s pop up is not working. Can you help me to get it working?

I have allowed WPMUDEV access…

    When I try to access your site I see error:

    This is an invalid access token. Please ask the user to grant access.

    Can you regrant support access again on this site or send access through our secure contact form here https://wpmudev.com/contact/#i-have-a-different-question and make sure that subject is “I have a different question” and:

    – site url (username / password)

    Thank you for support access.

    I made some small test on your site. I created test page and setup popup only on this page but no results. I restore in this case popup settings.

    This issue could be a plugin conflict. Would you please run a conflict test? Please deactivate all plugins except Hustle and check if the problem gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to default WordPress theme like 2017 and see if it works.

    If you cannot do this test because this is a live site can yuo create a staging site in this case and carry out this test?

    Ok so this is what happened.

    I killed all plugins not by automatic or WPMUDEV and switched to Twenty Seventeen theme.

    White page of death….

    Then I turned back on all of the plugins, ALL, and kept 2017.

    Pop up worked on the test page.

    Then, I reverted back to chosen theme.

    Pop up works on the test page.

    Can you please set up that POPUP to load on the home page 90% scroll?

    And also share with me how to connect a sign up from there to the Newsletter List?

    Then I should be good to go….

    I’m terribly sorry for the delay.

    I need to check all option in your plugins and theme. It’s turned out that popup works correct and show on home page but some part of theme css covers him.

    I added this custom css code to your css theme section which fix this issue:

    .home .eltd-wrapper{left:0;z-index:100;}

    Right now Slide-ins and Pop-up is disbaled. If you enable Popup again via button “LIVE” in:

    Hustle Pro -> Pop-ups it will show up on home page correct.

    I set it up that as you wish to, but it loads on the home page after 50% scroll to work correctly.

    As for integration with eNewsletter please go to:

    Hustle > Settings and you will see e-Newsletter integration panel there where you can select which opt-in(in this case pop up) you want to sync with e-Newsletter.
