[Hustle Pro] How to avoid emails being sent to spam and how to get popup to appear as soon as you

Hi I have standard Hustle free.

Just want basic help – how to get email sent to the person that subscribes so that email goes to their normal inbox and not in their spam. I signed up myself and it went to spam.

Also how to get popup to display as soon as you arrive on your website page, at the moment the popup is not displaying straight away when arriving on page, how to fix this?

    It may depend on your hosting company.

    First try using an smtp mailing plugin like Post SMTP (in my experience, this works for most – definitely works for WPMUDEV hosted sites).

    Otherwise you may need to add one or more dns records
    * Reverse DNS (PTR)
    * SPF (Sender Policy Framework)
    * DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail)

    Hi Gurdeep

    I hope you are doing well.

    As Jack said in the first reply, the emails going to Spam really depend on your domain and email configuration itself, make sure you don’t have any issues with your emails, you can use https://mxtoolbox.com/ to test your domain.

    This is another good test: https://www.mail-tester.com/

    You can set the Trigger to immediately:

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    But the Hustle and any PopUp plugin will use JavaScript and Ajax Requests to load the PopUp so the timing of that PopUp will show also depends if the website is optimized, in case it has many scripts loading or slow requests for example ajax fragment running before Hustle request it can cause a delay in the PopUp.

    Best Regards
