[Hustle Pro] Hustle Conversions

Hello,

In the analytics i see 'conversions' my pop up has a CTA button, how can i set it up so any clicks will be classed as conversions?

Also, the popup i have seems very squished on mobile sites, can you take a look? Im assuming its a CSS issue?

Thanks (loving the tools by the way!)

    Hi,

Also, i have the following options set for the plugin and it seems that the pop-up is showing after EVERY pageview and refresh. Can you give me a bit more information? I would like it to show once per day per user.

    Hi Richard

I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!

Let’s try to go through them “one by one”, ok?

In the analytics i see ‘conversions’ my pop up has a CTA button, how can i set it up so any clicks will be classed as conversions?

In the plugin itself, if you enable tracking (click on the “gear” icon on the popup list and use “Enable tracking” option), clicks in the Call To Action button will automatically counted as “conversions” and you’ll see that number on the popup list page in Hustle.

However, as you say “analytics” I assume you mean some other analytics such as e.g. Google Analytics. Is that correct?

If yes, you can also set the button to be added to conversion tracking but it’s a bit more “tricky”. There’s a “general” guide on this here:

    https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6331304?hl=en

Implementing on your site might need some additional work, though. Can you tell me please if you already have Google Analytics included on site and if yes – in what way? By “way” I mean: is it integrated via some dedicated plugin or you have added Google tracking code via some “custom JS” or “footer/header scripts” plugin or theme option? Or is it added directly in a (child) theme?

    Let me know please.

    Best regards,

    Adam

    Hi Richard

Previously you have also asked about how popup looks on mobile:

Also, the popup i have seems very squished on mobile sites, can you take a look? Im assuming its a CSS issue?

I’m not sure though what do you mean by “squished” in this case (or maybe I just don’t see that and I should check on some specific mobile device) and how would you like it to look on mobile. Could you please share a screenshot of that squished mobile look with me here? That would help me understand the problem.

It would also be great if you could enable support access to the site as I could check popup’s current configuration this way. To enable it, please go to the “WPMU DEV -> Support -> Support Access” page and click on “Grant support access” button there.

Can you let me know about the display options too?

Are you referring to the way the popup looks on mobile (in this case, please see above) or to the display options settings such as e.g. conditions for when/where popup should be showing up? If so, could you please elaborate a bit more on what you are wishing to achieve and what are you experiencing troubles with while trying to set that up?

    Best regards,

    Adam
