Hustle pro Mautic integration

I’m trying to integrate my hustle pro plugin with my mautic instance using the native integration. However, it does not seem to be working. After entering my mautic details it says I need to rectify errors:

“We couldn’t connect to your Mautic account. Please resolve the errors below and try again.”

    Hope you’re doing well since our live chat :slight_smile:

    It seems we have a bug on Hustle, when there is no lists created on Mautic, Hustle thinks the credentials are wrong and displays that error :disappointed:

    Our developers are aware and working to fix this issue asap, however, meantime, can you please try the following:

    1) Go to your Mautic dashboard and create a list;

    2) Then, go to Hustle -> Integrations and connect with Mautic.

    rather than starting a new post, i figure i should bump this.

    i’m having the same issue

    trying to integrate hustle and mautic, but it won’t connect.

    the login URL, user name and password is correct, so i’m not sure what else could be wrong.

    HI lloyd ,

    Please do note that the issue in this ticket was reported for Hustle version 4.0, I do understand the issue might sound similar, however, there could be many factors for such to occur. I gave a quick test on my system and Mautic seems to work fine.
