I am using the smush it pro plugin on my site, using the AVADA theme. It is not really processing any of the images when i bulk smush and cant figure out if it is something to do with the theme or not? When i upload an image file, the upload fails and usually i have to do it a couple times before it appears.

I have used the plugin on other themes and it has been fine.

    As you told, its working fine with other themes then it must be probme with theme :slight_smile: Still to be sure can you test after activating default wordpress theme ? Or If its also gives you same result then I suggest conduct plugin conflict test as described here as flowchart.
