I have being configuring desired settings for WP chat.

I have being configuring desired settings for WP chat. Everything was working fine until I changes the left/right position of the chat window and it disappeared. How do I get it back? I have tried deactivating/reactivating plugin and disabling/enabling chat window on front and backend. I cannot get the window back. help!

    Can you please specify on which settings did you do so? The window disappeared from both front-end and back-end? Can you confirm it’s gone after just changing position? Or it was gone after some plugin update/installation/deletion etc.?

    Can you try regenerating this on a fresh WordPress site and see if you can regenerate? Please confirm. I’m looking forward to hear from you and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Hi Rupok:

    The window was working fine. It disappeared after I edited the Position from left/right edge under the Box Position tab under Setting Site menu. I did not install or upgrade any plugins. It went away after making a simple position edit in the fields to customize the window.

    I have already given support access via the WPMU Dev Dashboard on my site.

    No one is answering my post. Can I get some technical support. I’ve had this post open for three days now. Also I unlocked support inside the WPMU Dev Dashboard for you to have a look. Please have a look to help resolve this issue. Chat was working fine until I edited the fields I mentioned. I deactivated all plugins and the chat window reappeared but the issues persist. For example, I can not align the chat window to the bottom right in the WP Admin and it won’t display on the frontend. There is a bug because things are not performing correctly now that Ihave tried to change the position settings.

    Please help!

    Sorry for the delay, we have a queue to follow when we reply to threads. I checked your website, and I could see there is a typo when your entered the pixel levels. I removed the spaces as seen in the screenshot, it should be '20px', not '20 px'. The chat plugin seems to work fine, after changing those settings.
