Is there a Multi-Network Plugin by wpmudev Team

I have found a couple of WordPress plugins that umbrella different networks of multisites so the separate and individual networks can be controlled from one central dashboard.

Unfortunately the support for the free plugins is iffy at best.

Have you considered creating a good plugin that allows members to manage multiple independent networks in a single dashboard?
