Concerns both Cloner and Domain Mapping possibly-
I cloned an existing site (4130hosting.com/katninedj) which was mapped to the domain katninemusic.com to make a whole lot of changes in one hit and test.
I then removed the domain mapping for ../katninedj and added domain mapping for ../katnine to point to the updated (previously cloned site).
Now katninemusic.com just redirects to 4130hosting.com the ‘parent’ domain for the network.
I’ve looked repeatedly over the DNS settings etc but nothing should have changed where that’s concerned?? Everything seems to be identical to other domains that are working fine. I deleted the original site just to try clear any possible ‘remnant’ rule/setting that might interfere but still stumped??
I’ve granted support access for 72 hours, any help greatly appreciated!
