Issue regarding the Fundraiser plugin

I have installed the plug in and set up a Fundraiser. When I view the page, there is NO information there, it skips directly to the comments.

I installed on a different site, to see if the problem was as site-specific conflict. When I did, that one is even worse … the fundraiser page comes up NOT FOUND:

I have reviewed the video and the PDF, and cannot find where I went wrong. Please advise.

    Hi there @Glendon,

    Hope you’re well today and thanks for your question.

    In wp-admin > settings > permalinks, have you set postname permalinks? If you have, can you re-save, if you haven’t, can you change to postname and save please :slight_smile:

    It should work correctly then, if it still doesn’t work, please let me know, I’m here to help :slight_smile:

    Hi there Glendon,

    Thanks for the additional information, can you test with the default 2012 theme and see if it works correctly using that?

    In the WPMU DEV dashboard > support > support access, can you grant access please for me to take a closer look at this :slight_smile:

    I have enabled your access for http://FloridaFringeTourism.com. That is MY site. The other site is a client site, and so I’d rather mess with mine at this point rather than disrupt theirs. lol

    This is the one that comes up page not found. I even used the shortcode to add a payment button to a page, and then processed a payment, and when PayPal sent me back to the “Thank you” page, even that was page not found.
