    Hi Vaughan,

I have just de-activated the storefront designer plugin, so that i can carry on working with the website. Is there a way to find out what the issue was and resolve it with that plugin remaining on ? as it helped with the customisation of some parts of the theme?

    Thanks

    Tom

    Hi,

I think from what I can gather is that this might be a problem with the plugin or theme as that function is in the theme files I believe. Have you tried contacting the developer?

Can you send your details using the following contact form (select i have a different question from the dropdown.)

Include a ref URL to this thread.

    Please include the following details;

    – Site login details (super-admin if on multisite)

    – FTP login details so I can take a look at the theme/plugin files.

    Thanks

    Hi Tom,

This is an issue in the plugin I believe.

Do you have the customizer enabled in the storefront theme? If not, can you try enabling it, and see if that fixes the error.

I’ve also added a line of code to check whether that function exists before trying to call it). So hopefully you shouldn’t get an error now. But ideally, this you should report to the plugin developer.

    Hope this helps

    Hi Vaughan,

Thanks for checking, i when testing on mobile device i was still getting the error message, i tried de-activating the WPtouch plugin and the error message disappeared? could it be that that plugin was creating a conflict with the storefront customiser ?

    Thanks

    Tom
