MailChimp Tag not updating

After the latest Hustle update, the Tag integration is not updating the Tags on MailChimp, if a member already is on the list and has no tag on MailChimp, and submit to a PopUp that has a tag, it won’t update on MailChimp.

Can you help me?

I’m sorry that Hustle is not working as expected.

I want to confirm that this bug is reported to Hustle’s developers and they will be taking care of it.

Thank you. Is there any update on this? We actually acquired this plugin for creating the pop-ups with the Mailchimp integration, so now we are stuck on this.

Hope you are doing well.

Unfortunately, there is no update on this yet, as I told on chat, we escalated first to our Second Line support to see if a hotfix comes up for you.

However, the Second Line Support deal with more complex situation, and it can cause a delay in the response depending on the complexity.

Please, keep eyes on the notifications, once the SLS team updated the thread you will receive a notification.

I’m sorry about this – at the moment I don’t have ETA for the fix. But I have checked with developers and they are working right now on hot-fix, so hopefully, it will be done soon and we can provide it for you.

I’m attaching a zip file that contains two files to replace:

wp-content/plugins/hustle/inc/providers/mailchimp/hustle-mailchimp-form-hooks.php
```
Please connect to your server via FTP, download current files locally as backup and upload the new ones. This fix will be included in the upcoming v.4.1.0.
