    Hello daniel shankin

    Welcome to WPMU DEV Community!

    On your site not all plugins are listed in the WPMU DEV > Plugins list.

    Would you please deactivate all other plugins, switch to a default WordPress theme and try again.

    If you can install the plugin, please activate one plugin at the time to find out which one is causing this conflict.

    Please follow the flowchart from our manual:

    http://wpmudev.com/manuals/using-wpmu-dev/getting-support/

    Let us know how it went!

    Kind Regards,

    Nastia

    this is the error i got.

    Installation of Google Maps failed. Most likely reason for this are wrong folder permissions of your wp-contents folder.

    i did what you said. (that flowchart is too small to be legible) except i cant disable divi builder.

    and it still doesn’t load.

    is it divi builder, because then we have a big problem.

    Hello daniel shankin

    Thank you for posting the error here. Please check the wp-content and the plugins folder inside the wp-content permissions. They should be set a 755.

    Can you install other plugins? If this is a permission issue you wont be able to install them.

    If this solution will not work, please send to us the Divi Builder plugin along with a theme you are using so we could check for conflicts.

    Email us directly to contact@wpmudev.org

    Send in:

    Subject: “Attn: Nastia”

    – The Divi Builder plugin and theme

    – link back to this thread for reference

    – any other relevant urls

    Please advise,

    Cheers,

    Nastia

    Hello daniel shankin

    I’ve tested the theme and the Divi builder on my site and can’t reproduce the same.

    To troubleshoot further, please place the following lines inside the wp-config.php:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );

    Once you do, please navigate to WPMU DEV > Plugins and try to install the Google Maps plugin again.

    The debug.log file will be created inside the wp-content folder. Please rename the file from the debug.log to debug.txt and upload it here.

    We are waiting for your reply!

    Cheers,

    Nastia
