Membership Pro Registration and Login Issues

When I registered (at mydomain.com/register/), I got a Gateway Timeout. Then I tried to register again, it said that I was already registered.

Then I went to mydomain.com/account/ to try and log in with the credentials I just created and it says ‘wrong username or password’

When I look at the members list, it is not there, even though it said that I was already registered.

Also, I set up a trial membership for one week, but without asking for my payment info when I signed up, how does it charge after one week? Does it ask if you want to continue after a week and then ask for payment?

    I tried registering on your site and was able to do so without any issues, below are screenshots of completed registration and account page for my new account.

    Can you tell me which browser and OS you are using so I can test in same environment to see if that’s what’s causing it for you?

    They will see new invoice in their account page which they need to pay in order to keep the membership.

    You can go to Membership 2 > Add-ons and enable Additional Automated Messages add-on, and now you can go to Membership 2 > Settings > Automated Email Responses and customize Subscription – Trial finished email to set what you want to send to users after the trial has expired.
