[not listed] Creating a multivendor marketplace

I would to create a multivendor marketplace where users are able to list their products ad be able to sell to the public. The oly difference to others I have seen is that, I want to offer a monthly paid service where vendors list their products and when someone buys they buy from them directly. How can I possible achieve this without using a multisite wp install. I want to be able to list vendors, similar products, and an option for vendors to have maybe a 1 page for their store and be able to manage orders on their own.
