Opt-out for auto-renew

We have auto-renew set up in Membership 2, but some users are complaining about not getting notice of the impending renewal because they wanted to opt-out.

I found how to send messages in advance of the renewal, but I cannot see where the user has the option to opt-out of the process.

    The member needs to go to the membership page (or account page and then click on change membership) and there he can cancel the membership.

    [attachments are only viewable by logged-in members]

    Then he must need to cancel from his gateway, like if he used paypal and then he needs to cancel the subscription there too.

    That is not really a good solution. I use another app, Paid Memberships Pro, on another site. There, the user gets an advance message and can EASILY decide to opt out without having to go to the membership page OR the gateway. Some of our members have trouble logging in each time, much less having to navigate through this. Not good. You need to integrate this with a simpler method. The renewal email should include an opt-out link that would confirm and do all of these things in one shot.
