Please, enter correct Facebook API settings

I already set up my FB settings. Login and Register with FB are working fine but, going on Ultimate FB Admin Panel i find this alert and i can’t go on with the plugin changin the other settings.

I installed the plugin in another site and i have the same issue. Of course the FB APIs of both Applications are correct.

What’s wrong with the plugin?

    Hey everyone,

    I have just created and tested with a new facebook application and don’t have any issues what so ever.

    @saltri you have hidden the app domains and site url in the app screenshot so I can’t say if the app has been setup correctly.

    Can you send another screenshot ?

    Hi,

    Just to keep you guys in the loop. I disabled the ultimate facebook plugin and installed the official Facebook plugin. I entered the API and secret key; it just works marvellously.

    I’ve changed the API and secret key by now.

    If I’m not wrong, I think the conclusion that we can draw from here is that there’s nothing wrong with the Facebook API. The root of the issue is with this plugin; it’s technically broken.

    Am I right hitting the nail on its head?

    Can you kindly remove the hosting url from the application ? That does not work with Ultimate Facebook.

    @saltri : I would like to have a closer look at your install so that I can check what is going wrong there as your app settings seem fine to me.

    3: Include FTP and WordPress super admin details.

    4: While filling the form, select “I have a different question” from the list.

    I just tested your site with my test application which I created for your website.

    Here is a screenshot. It clearly shows that the application is connected.

    Its a test application so I have not hidden the credentials so you can create a similar application and get it working.

    It seems like your secret key is missing some characters.

    Please advise.
