Problems with Membership 2 going to slow so I cant admin protection rules

My first and most urgent question is that I have bought membership 2 pro, (The installed version say) Version 4.0.0.2.

But admin is going so slow so I cant admin the memberships and add protection and stuff. I have upgraded the web-host to a stronger package, but it is still the same. ? Please can you help me.

    Hope you are doing good today and welcome to WPMUDEV :slight_smile:

    Please try to delete (don’t worry your data will be safe) the existing plugin and then install again via WPMUDEV Dashboard or manually. Now check if it solves the issue.

    If the issue is still there then try increasing the memory limit and maximum execution time by following the steps mentioned in this blog post.

    Note: Its recommended to take full backup of your site first before installing/re-installing or updating the plugin first.
