Protected content : no error messages in registration forms

Hi,

Noticed another issue with Protected Content : when you wrongly fill the registration form for a new subscription, and click the button for the next step, you’re endlessly taken back to the registration form without any indication or error message telling you what went wrong, which is a bit confusing.

I first noticed it when I wanted to add a test user using my allready registred email adress. No message telling me that my email adress was allready registred, so I didn’t understood why I could’nt register.

Same issues happened to a customer who seemed to use a no allowed caracter in his user name ( ‘ ). He had to try several times to understand what went wrong (was it the name, the passworld, the email adress, etc.)

Really annoying !

    Can you please check for any themes or plugin conflicts on your end. As you can see from the screenshot attached below the email notification is showing when using default WP theme on my installation.
