Q&A plugin: with buddypress is it possible to have Q&A in groups?

same thought process as having group forums vs site wide forum. would be great to choose “site wide”, “group” or “both”. is this possible? feature request? :slight_smile:

    Hiya,

    Thanks for posting on the forums.

    While its not possible out of the box, you can use Q&A with membership plugin and then using the URL groups feature, you can restrict access to the plugin pages (Questions) for specific groups.

    However, this is a nice feature request hence I am moving it to the features and feedback section with my +1 on it :slight_smile:

    I have been looking for this feature, too (and posted before) along with many others.

    However, the main developer is currently busy and said that he won’t have any time soon to add this in an update.

    What is the URL groups feature? How do you use it for this?

    I’m very interested in doing this (even if it takes tweaking code), if you (or someone else), can lead me through the process.
