Registration form added in Divi does not show when logged in

I have created a Registration form and added it in a page using Divi Builder’s code and text modules. The form is not showing in the page when I check using the builder or check the page as logged in. But it shows well when checking as a visitor.

    Hi Maik Hildebrandt

    I hope you’re well today!

The first thing to make sure about would be to actually set the form to show for logged-in users. By default registration forms shouldn’t really be displayed to users that are logged-in as they are obviously already registered.

This can be changed by switching off the “Hide the form if a user is already logged-in” option in “User Registration” settings of the particular form.

This will allow the form to be rendered for logged-in users. Then there’s a matter of how it’s added to the site. For Gutenberg to render the form it would have to be added using built-in form block (it’s in “embeds” blocks section).

In Divi, if you are editing in back-end and and add shortcode you would usually add it via a standard “text” module and that will also only show shortcode – not only for this particular form but for other shortodes as well, not only coming from Forminator. In general, Divi or not, shortcodes are not processed in standard content editor.

It should, however, be visible in Divi when you’re editing using fornt-end editor – the form should be rendered as long as the option that I mentioned earlier is disabled.

    Best regards,
    Adam
