Reports: Date format should be DD / MM / YYYY

I’m not sure about the rest of the world, but in Europa we write dates like this: 16 / 02 / 2021. I know there are parts of the world where dates are notated differently, which is confusing but that’s the way it is.

However I’d like to be able to select this format ‘DD / MM / YYYY’ by default upon creating a Report in The Hub. I feel like a big enough part of the world uses this type of notation.

    Hi Dominique,
I hope you are well today and thank you for reaching out to us.

The format DD/MM/YYYY which is also day-month-year (DMY) is already included as one of the formats one can select when creating reports.

You can check the most widely used date formats in the following link https://wpmudev.com/docs/hub-2-0/reports/#date-format.

For the more specific DD/MM/YYYY which translates to 16/02/2021 you can select Custom option on Date Format and add your desired format in the field below the Custom option.

    Best Regards,
    Rahim.

      Hi Rahim,

The format DD/MM/YYYY which is also day-month-year (DMY) is already included as one of the formats one can select when creating reports.

Could you please tell me where the D/M/Y is in this list of options?

If course I am aware of the possibility to add a custom date formatting (as can be seen in the screenshot), but I think DD/MM/YYYY -or D/M/YYYY, for that matter) should be a default option in The Hub Reports.

    Hi Dominique,
I hope you are well today,

I apologize if wasn’t clear what I meant is that we support day-month-year (DMY) which is in the format Do MMMM YYYY ( first option from the screenshot you attached ).
At the moment you can use the Custom option to add your specific formats ( DD/MMMM/YYYY or D/M/YYYY).
Also note I have forwarded your request to the Hub Team so that they can consider adding more default options.

    Best Regards,
    Rahim.
